Refund Policy

 

APPLIES ONLY FOR ORDERS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES OF MEXICO.

Requests for return or exchange of an order must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Returns:

We are sorry to hear that you wish to return an item.

If you want to return your purchase, please note that you have 15 days to do so, please email us at administracion@modayvision.com. Please include your order number and the reason you are returning the item. We will send you an email with the instructions to follow.

Please note that we will conduct a Store Credit, which you can use in our store whenever you want and to be used in any article. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in perfect condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels attached and in perfect condition. Returned packages must include all bags, wrappers, boxes, and certificates included in the original packaging.

We will notify you by email when we receive the returned package. Please allow 7-10 business days to process the Store Credit, once the package reaches our warehouse. We will try to do it as soon as possible. Once your return is approved and processed, we will mail you a Store Credit of the store. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the products are not in good condition, have been used or altered in any way, or if the original labels are missing.

Note: All shipping costs to return an item must be borne by the customer.

Underwear and / or Swimsuits have no exchange or refund 

Changes:

If you would like to exchange your product for another size or model, we will be happy to help you!

Send an email to administracion@modayvision.com. Please include your order number and the reason you are exchanging the product. We will send you an email with the instructions to follow.

We will send you your new product as soon as the change is processed in our store. Please allow approximately 7-10 business days from the day we receive your product back to our store

Note: All shipping costs for the exchange will be borne by the customer, as well as any price difference on the new product. If the price difference is in your favor, you will receive a Store Credit

Sorry, items purchased outside of the United Mexican States are not eligible for returns or exchanges. International orders are the final sale.
