At the time of purchase, the different shipping options will be offered, including the international shipping option, by entering the address to which the package will be sent.
Orders are shipped as soon as your order is processed in our store. All shipments are made from our office located in Mexico City - CDMX, United States of Mexico. Delivery time depends on the carrier, the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase and the destination address.
When making your purchase you will be kept informed of your order by email. Please allow a day or two after the estimated delivery date for any setbacks that may occur such as weather conditions that may delay your order.
If you do not receive your package please contact us at email@example.com. Please include your order number in the email so we can track your order, that way we will help you get the package as soon as possible.
Please note that once your order has been processed, we are unable to change your shipping address or route packages.
If a package cannot be delivered to the address you provide or is returned to our store, we may contact you to resend it and certain fees may apply.
